These terms cover your use of bestapkgames.com. They are short because the site is simple: a collection of free games that run in your browser, with no accounts, no purchases and nothing to download.

Using the site

You are welcome to play any game here, free, for personal use. We ask that you do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at volume, or use automated traffic to inflate ad impressions. That last one matters: fake ad traffic harms the advertisers who keep the games free, and we treat it as abuse.

The games

Some games here were built by our own studio. Others are open-source games that we host ourselves under their original licences, with credit to their authors on each game's page and on the credits page. The open-source games remain the work of their authors and remain under their own licence terms, which are preserved alongside each game.

Your progress

Games that save progress or high scores do so in your own browser's local storage. That data stays on your device. Clearing your browser data will erase it, and we cannot restore it, because we never had it.

No warranty

The games and the site are provided as they are. We test every game before publishing it and we fix what breaks, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every game is free of bugs. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of a free games site, which in practice means a lost high score.

Advertising

The site is supported by advertising, served through Google AdSense. How ads and cookies work here is covered in the privacy policy, including your choices about personalised ads.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
