The range runs from the shooters that swallow an evening, PUBG Mobile and Free Fire and Call of Duty Mobile, to the match-three sagas you open for ninety seconds in a queue. Each page answers the same two questions: what is this like to play, and what does it want from you once you are hooked. We say when a game is generous with its players, and we say when the timer is the product.
Our score is an editorial judgement, out of ten. It is built from the pros and cons we list on the page and from what the Play Store listing tells us about the game, and it is our opinion rather than a measurement. The star rating, the number of ratings, the install count and the score breakdown all come from the official Play Store listing, labelled as Google's figures and kept in their own table. The install button goes to Google Play and nowhere else. Sorted by how many people have rated each game, so the ones the world is already playing come first.
