If a level cannot be solved, it is not a puzzle, it is a queue for your wallet. Royal Match and Block Blast! are the modern shape of the genre, bright and generous early and steadily tighter after. Cut the Rope, 2048 and Ballz are the older shape, where the only limit is you. Merge Dragons! and Brain Out go their own way. What each review is really tracking is the moment difficulty stops being design and starts being a sales pitch.
