Roughly a third of Cedar Solitaire deals will not go out no matter how well you play them, which is the honest bargain patience has always offered. A full fifty two card deck lands across seven columns, the face down pile recycles as often as you like, and the card sizes are worked out from the width of your screen so all seven columns fit on a phone. Cobalt Freecell takes that uncertainty away and hands you the blame instead: every card faces up from the first deal, four corner cells park a card each, and how big a run you can shift depends on how many of those cells you left empty. Hand Daily is ours and is not patience at all. It is a poker roguelite in miniature, eight cards and five antes, with a joker picked between antes that reshapes how every later hand scores. Daily mode deals the same seed to everybody, so a screenshot of a run is a fair brag.
